By accessing or using Sourcery ("the Service"), provided by DHM Agency ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Sourcery is an intelligent HR platform designed for healthcare organizations. The Service provides tools for:

  • Employee information management and onboarding
  • Time-off request and approval workflows
  • Compliance tracking for certifications and licenses
  • Performance reviews and goal management
  • Document management and electronic signatures
  • Training and professional development tracking

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DHM Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that access will be continuous or uninterrupted.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
